Jas Caffrey
Guitars, Electric Maracas, Mongolian Cheese-Whistle, & Songwriter
Like the rest of Ten Cent Biscuit, Jas Caffrey has been part of the band since it’s inception.
He’s a self-taught guitarist, and has been playing longer than he cares to admit to – his favorite
guitar players are Robin Trower and Billy Gibbons, and his musical tastes range from traditional
blues and gospel to modern country and rock.
Jas resides in the bustling metropolis of Spring Valley, Minnesota (Pop. 2428), and has worked for
the last few years as a programmer and personality on a Rochester country radio station.
He’s never far from his old Les Paul, nicknamed “Mistress Mojo”, a gift from his wife Laura – and
at most gigs you’re sure to see his baby girl Samantha, pressed into service as a de facto roadie.
Lisa is a Rochester native and has been singing in area events such as fairs,
festivals, fundraisers, and military events for many years.
Musical highlights include opening for George Strait and opening for Jo Dee Messina.
Working with the Nashville songwriter Dennis Morgan, she released her CD "Sign of the Things to Come" in 2005.
